    Marinated chicken kebabs (tavuk kebab)

    There are many varieties of chicken kebabs and in this recipe chicken is marinated with plain yogurt, garlic, onion and sizzling spices. This makes the simple meat succulent.     Bulgogi (Korean beef)

    This is a simple Korean beef recipe with the flavorful marinade. It is a super easy recipe which is cooked very quickly. Just serve it with the lettuce leaf, pepper paste and rice. The main task in this recipe is to cut very thin slices of chicken. Refrigerate the meat for 20-30 minutes which helps in better cooking. The thin meat will soak the marinade quickly. Put this marinated chicken on the hot grill and your bulgogi is ready to eat. You can combine it with kimchi.

    Gai yang

    It is a Thai grilled chicken it is very famous in Thailand. In this cuisine mostly whole chicken is cooked. You can serve this recipe with papaya salad, fresh sticky rice. This combination is the best meal which will rejoice your taste buds.
