    A skill is defined as an ability to carry out the given task in a given amount of time. Your capacity can be acquired through a deliberate and systematic manner to carry out the task involving many ideas. Skills enable something you to do well. It requires special knowledge and basic training.

    One of the main NGOs which is useful to adults, students, and the next generation is skill development NGO which is a fund agency providing lots of benefits and sponsors for students to make use of it.

     The NGO initially started by sponsoring school education for all poor children, and children who are from marginalized backgrounds. Today, NGOs are enabling more than thousands of children to make good use of this opportunity by introducing holistic development models in government schools as well as the government-aided schools in and around the surrounding areas.

    The main aim of NGO:

    • The ultimate aim of NGO is to expand the earning capability for marginalized sectors, by teaching additional courses and vocational skills.
    • To motivate the students from a poor background, they also providing sustainable livelihood and this will leads to the improvement and development of social and economic independence.
    • Mainly focuses on recently dropped out students from schools with a minimum qualification of the tenth standard.
    • Providing a good education to kids, girls, and women by appointing adequate qualifications of staff.
    • More particularly involving in how to safeguard the rights of the children for their well being in future in the form of;
    1. Children exposed to any form of abuse
    2. Deprived of education
    3. Suffering from health issues

    How NGO plays an important role in promoting education?

    • NGOs are expertise in the field of education sector by understanding the needs of the children. This makes the process more systematic by bringing all the stakeholders together. NGOs are mainly involved by taking part to promote education in remote areas. Students who are from remote areas cannot able to go to school because no more schools are there.
    • NGO also motivates children by saying “Education is the only powerful weapon that nobody can destroy and it is the best tool for you to change the world in an efficient way to break the poverty cycle.
    • They extend education to poor background students in India, to develop and create innovations to improve the education quality of children. Mainly they targeting on the underserving children in India level. NGO is supplying classroom space, several experienced staff, other resources, etc.
    • NGO also conducting skill development workshops in schools for the children to develop their skills and to build self-confidence.
    • NGO helps in identifying the most interior area children in the poorest states of India. They indulge in providing gap classes for dropped out children in schools to get their appropriate grade.
